Polyurethane rubber sealing ring

Polyurethane rubber sealing ring (PU sealing ring) is a stable sealing component that combines the elasticity of rubber and the high strength of plastic. Its core advantages are good wear resistance (based on actual reports), oil resistance, and high pressure resistance. It is commonly used in hydraulic, pneumatic, and heavy machinery.

1、 Core performance characteristics

Strong performance: 5-10 times that of naturally grown rubber, particularly outstanding in media containing dust and particles.

Good mechanical strength: tensile strength of 20-50MPa, far superior to ordinary rubber in terms of tear resistance, extrusion resistance, and impact resistance.

Excellent oil resistance: Strong compatibility with mineral oil and hydraulic oil, volume expansion rate * *& lt;5%**。

Good elasticity and resilience: The compression speed is suitable for recovery, and the deformation rate is low (< 15%) after long-term compression.

Temperature range: Standard type -30 ℃~+80 ℃; The special pouring type (CPU) can reach -45 ℃~+120 ℃.

Adjustable hardness: Shore A 60-95, suitable for different working conditions such as static/dynamic, high/low pressure, etc.

2、 Main material types

Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)

Process: Injection molding, with lower cost.

Characteristics: Hardness A60-95, temperature -40 ℃~+80 ℃.

Applicable: Medium and low pressure, static sealing (valve block, cover plate).

Cast polyurethane (CPU)

Process: Mold casting, cross-linking and curing.

Features: Hardness A85-95, high pressure resistance (up to 32MPa), temperature -45 ℃~+120 ℃.

Applicable: High pressure, dynamic, heavy-duty sealing (oil cylinder, piston).
