PTFE sealing ring

PTFE sealing ring, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing ring or PTFE sealing ring, is a commonly used sealing component in chemical, hydraulic, food, and valve industries.

Common drawbacks

Poor elasticity compared to rubber, pure PTFE tends to be harder

Under high pressure, it is prone to creep (cold flow), so dynamic sealing is generally filled with modified PTFE
