Clamp seal

The caliper seal is usually a set of rubber parts used for repairing brake calipers, mainly consisting of these few components, all of which play a crucial role:

1. Rectangular sealing ring (square rubber ring)

Important seals in calipers

Seal brake fluid and establish brake pressure

When releasing the brake, use it to pull the piston back to prevent dragging and one-sided heating

2. Dust cover/dust shield

Set on the outside of the piston to block mud, water, and dust

Prevent piston rust and jamming, protect internal sealing ring

3. Guiding pin rubber sleeve (silencing sleeve/liner)

Put it on the caliper guide pin

Enable the caliper to slide smoothly and protect the brake pads from uniform wear

Prevent abnormal noise, jamming, and uneven wear

4. Guide pin lubricating grease

Used in conjunction with, specifically designed for high temperature resistance (based on actual reports), non corrosive rubber
