Product Details

O-ring is a rubber sealing ring with a circular cross-section, with a simple structure and compact installation. It is a widely used sealing base component, mainly used for sealing, leak prevention, dust prevention, and pressure isolation.

By relying on its own elasticity to compress and fill gaps, it can be used for both static sealing (fixed joint surfaces) and dynamic sealing (reciprocating, rotating moving parts), with a wide range of applicable pressures, good sealing performance, and low cost.

Common materials:

Nitrile rubber NBR: oil resistant and wear-resistant (based on actual reports), universal at room temperature, mainstream choice for hydraulic, automotive, and mechanical applications

Fluororubber FKM: high temperature resistance (based on actual reports), oil resistance and corrosion resistance (based on actual reports), used for high temperature, chemical, and harsh working conditions

EPDM: Water resistant, weather resistant, steam resistant, suitable for plumbing, piping, outdoor use

Silicone VMQ: toxin detection resistant to high and low temperatures, commonly used in food, diagnosis and treatment, and home appliances

The specifications follow national standards such as GB/T 3452.1, American standard AS568A, Japanese standard JIS, etc. The common wire diameters are 1.8, 2.4, 3.5, 5.3mm, etc., which are mostly used in industries such as hydraulic and pneumatic, valves, automobiles, engineering machinery, bathroom appliances, etc.
