Nitrile O-ring

Nitrile O-ring is a ring-shaped sealing component made mainly from nitrile rubber (NBR). With excellent comprehensive performance and good cost-effectiveness, it has become a widely used universal sealing product in the industrial industry.

It has excellent oil resistance, fuel resistance, and hydraulic oil resistance, and has good compatibility with mineral oil, lubricating oil, gasoline, diesel and other media. It is an ideal sealing choice for various hydraulic, pneumatic and transmission equipment. Simultaneously possessing good performance, tear resistance, and mechanical strength, it is not easily worn under reciprocating and rotating conditions, has a stable service life, and can effectively prevent medium leakage and external dust and water vapor intrusion.

The conventional working temperature range of nitrile O-ring is * * -30 ℃~100 ℃ * *, and it can withstand high temperature of 120 ℃ for a short time. The hardness is mostly between 50~90 Shore A, and can be flexibly selected according to different working conditions. The product complies with national standards such as GB/T 3452.1, American standard AS568A, Japanese standard JIS, etc., with wire diameters covering common specifications such as 1.8mm, 2.4mm, 3.5mm, 5.3mm, etc. It is suitable for various structures such as valves, pipelines, flanges, cylinders, and oil cylinders.

However, nitrile rubber has average ozone resistance and weather resistance, and is not suitable for long-term exposure to strong outdoor light and ozone environments. Its high temperature resistance (based on actual reports) is also weaker than fluorine rubber. With the advantages of affordable price and excellent sealing, it is widely used in industries such as automobiles, construction machinery, machine tools, home appliances, plumbing, petrochemicals, etc. It is the mainstream sealing component in normal temperature, medium and low pressure, and oil resistant scenarios.
