EPDM O-ring

EPDM O-ring is a circular section sealing element made of EPDM rubber as raw material, with excellent weather resistance, water resistance, and steam resistance as its core advantages. It is an honest merchant seal for outdoor and plumbing systems.

Material: Ternary copolymer of ethylene, propylene, and non conjugated diene (EPDM)

Temperature range: Standard -40 ℃~+125 ℃; Peroxide sulfurization can reach -50 ℃~+150 ℃

Common hardness: Shore A 50 °~90 ° (mainstream is 70 °)

Color: Black is the main color, but brown, white, and other colors can also be customized

Mechanical properties: Tensile strength ≥ 10MPa, elongation at break ≥ 200%

Long term compression deformation: ≤ 20%~30% (150 ℃ × 24h)

Weathering and aging resistance: main chain saturated structure, strong resistance to ozone and ultraviolet rays, no cracking after 25 years of outdoor exposure

Water and steam resistance: Its resistance to hot water and high temperature steam (160 ℃) far exceeds that of nitrile rubber

Chemical resistance: resistant to weak acids and bases, alcohols, ketones, ethylene glycol, brake oil, cleaning agents, and phosphate hydraulic oil
