Internal skeleton oil seal

Internal skeleton oil seal is an oil seal with a metal skeleton embedded inside and a rubber covering on the outside, also commonly known as an external rubber skeleton oil seal. It is a commonly used rotating shaft seal.

Nitrile rubber NBR: oil resistant, ambient temperature working condition, good cost-effectiveness

Fluororubber FKM: High temperature resistant (based on actual reports), oil resistant, used for engines and transmissions

Difference from outer skeleton oil seal

The exoskeleton is made of exposed metal, with strong rigidity but prone to scratching holes during installation;

The internal skeleton rubber is fully wrapped to protect the hole wall, with strong universality. Most oil seals on the market are of the internal skeleton type.
