Fluorine rubber oil seal

Fluororubber oil seal is an oil seal made of fluororubber (FKM/Viton), which is an excellent high-temperature resistant (based on actual reports) and oil resistant seal, with much better performance than ordinary nitrile rubber oil seals.

Heavy duty and high-temperature environments such as construction machinery, heavy vehicles, diesel engines, etc

Rotating seals with corrosive media in the chemical and petroleum industries

Common structures

Most of them are made into skeleton oil seals (TC/TB type), with both inner and outer skeletons, and equipped with spring clamping shaft lips.

Difference from ordinary nitrile oil seals

Nitrile oil seal: cheap, average oil resistance, prone to aging when the temperature exceeds 120 ℃

Fluorine rubber oil seal: high temperature resistance (based on actual reports), strong oil resistance, long service life, suitable for harsh working conditions
