Polyurethane oil seal

Polyurethane oil seal, commonly referred to as PU oil seal/UPH oil seal/UHS oil seal, belongs to high-pressure wear-resistant (based on actual reports) hydraulic oil seal. Its elasticity and strength are much higher than rubber, and it is a commonly used sealing component in oil cylinders and hydraulic cylinders.

shortcoming

High temperature resistance (based on actual reports) is generally moderate, and it is usually not advisable to exceed 80-100 ℃ for a long time

Not resistant to water and hydrolysis, prone to aging in humid environments

Not suitable for strong acid-base, ketone, ester solvents

Mostly single lip or double lip structure, self sealing by medium pressure
